STEP OILTOOLS, working together with its partners and other specialty supplier has developed a package of equipment and services which ensure drilling cuttings and fluids can be effectively contained, handled, treated and disposed with minimal environmental impact In line with business expansion, we are now hiring: Duri Operation Manager Responsibilites: Responsible for managing the organization and coordination of all operational activities associated with Drilling Waste Management equipment and services in Duri Review and recommend on quotations of rental, technical specification and price prior to approval of Operation Manager Responsible for creating and managing local equipment maintenance procedures, schedules and budgets and liaising with related departments and Financial Controller to ensure that the operations, revenues and expenditures are under control. Work with internal and external customers to meet their needs, and achieve the goals set. Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. Works with Procurement/Logistic departments to establish cost effective purchase of parts and supplies, selection of suppliers, and establishment of inventory levels for repair parts. Oversee Indonesian environmental and manpower compliance and reporting as it relates to the personnel, equipment and services issues. Responsible for HSE policy implementation and incident reporting and accident recovery and investigations. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies. Trains employees and ensures the further development of skills of all employees. Coaches, counsels, and administers disciplinary actions when appropriate in coordination with HR.   Requirements: 1.    Experience in Project Preparation including personnel, materials, delivery , installation and commissioning within budget and timely schedule 2.    >12 years of experience in drilling industry handling complex projects (Rig Supt/Manager preferred) Depth and detailed knowledge of the operation of the various equipment and processes in the full range of equipment in use and the operating systems. Knowledge in oil and gas industry specifically trend and changes on solids control and drilling waste management impacted by technology, environment driver and legislation Reside or live in Duri   Field Supervisor Solids Control Responsible for managing smooth operations of current projects with customer and upcoming project preparation including survey, commissioning and mobilization for Duri project Provide technical expertise to sales team on specific requirements or specific project by maintaining technology, efficiency and cost saving for customer Responsible for developing local equipment maintenance procedures and schedules both in warehouse and on site to ensure optimum performance and minimize downtime.
