Saya belum bisa bantu untuk video instalasi offshore spt yang pernah ditayangkan di discovery.

Namun anda bisa start awal dengan browsing di google ttg heavy lifting / offshore construction

Meski demikian berikut photo dan sequencenya secara umum.

The offshore installation work includes the following activities (but not limited to) :

(a) Perform vessel/barge preparation (inc. anchor for anchor barge and DP trials for DP vessel)

(b) Perform jacket pre-emplacement seabed survey using ROV.

(c) Remove seafastening on cargo barge(s) prior to offshore installation of the platform structures.

(d) Perform lifting, upending and positioning of Jacket into final position.

(e) Install relevant piles, conductors, boatlanding and boatfender

(f) Perform (battered) pile cut off

(g) Crown/shim plate (connection between pile and jacket leg) welding. (This is no grouting connection type).

(h) Perform post installation seabed and underwater structure survey.

(i) Perform pile & conductor dynamic monitoring in accordance with the procedure.

(j) Cut transition piece at welding elevation (connection of transition to the deck leg)

(k) Perform lifting of deck/topside into final position.

(l) Remove sea fastening on cargo barge prior to offshore installation of the Vent Boom/bridge, with parallel activity of deck leg welding preparation.

(m) Perform lifting of Vent Boom/ bridge into final position.

(n) Start Welding of Vent Boom/bridge

(o) Perform offshore touch-up painting (where location cutting/welding done. Hook Up team to complete the task). Weld out of the integrated structure, shipped loose items, including NDT & inspection and other necessary work to complete the installation with supervision of QA/QC team.

(p) Provide QA/QC and input to Marine Warranty Surveyor for Installation activities prior to the Offshore Installation Works, welder qualifications and welding procedures for Offshore Installation Welding.

(q) Supply offshore installation as-built documentation for all installation activities in accordance with main contract requirements.
