Job Vacancy: Project Team for LNG Module-Pipeline Fabrication (Batam, Indonesia)


We are looking for some qualified candidates to fill in these positions below as
the valuable taskforce in order to support our client project the LNG Module &
Pipeline Fabrication & Construction, located at Batam, Kepri, Indonesia:

1. Lead Electrical Superintendent ( Job Code: JSM – LES )
• It is a must to have valid Electrical License endorsed by Dinas Tenaga Kerja
dan Transmigrasi
•Having recognized degree in an engineering or scientific discipline or
equivalent field experience.
• Shall have the following AS/NZ 4761 competencies;
o UEENEEM024A & UEENEEM026A Install explosion protected equipment and wiring
systems.
o UTENES 107B
o UEENEEM039A & UEENEEM041A Test Installation in Hazardous Areas.
o UTENES 408B
o UEENEEM042A Conduct close inspection of existing hazardous area installations.
o UTENEX 409B
o UEENEEM044A & UEENEE046A Conduct detailed inspection of hazardous area
installations.
o UTENEX 410B
• The above certifications must have Ex d, Ex e, Ex I, Ex m, Ex n, Ex p and
Mixed Explosion Protections Techniques endorsements.
• Willing to work in shift pattern

2. Structural Superintendent ( Job Code: JSM – SSP )
• Strong supervision experience in the erection of structural steel.
• Expertise in structural steel installations.
• Having experience in erection, alignment, and fit up of structure steel
• Display effective communications skills crucial to motivating team members and
presenting plans in a clear and concise manner.
• Willing to work in shift pattern

3. Welding Engineer ( Job Code: JSM – WLE )
• S1 degree or diploma in any engineering discipline, at least 3 years
• Must be familiar with AWS code DI.1 ASME B31.3, ASME Section IX etc and
process the experience in various material high tensile steel, duplex and Mc
Steel, nickel alloys arid have hands on experience on welding technique &
equipment.
• It is a must to have Welding Certificate and attached at the resume
• Willing to work in shift pattern

4. Testing Supervisor ( Job Code: JSM – TSU )
• Having strong technical knowledge in Pipe hydro testing and pneumatic pipe
testing and on an LNG facility, including disassembly and reinstatement of pipe
systems.
• Experience with Torque and tensioning methods of flanged connection.
• Having good knowledge of engineering and construction methods and processes
customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical
experience

5. Rigging Engineer ( Job Code: JSM – RGE )
• Familiar with relevant AS code and standard of Safe Work Practice governing
lift operations, safe use of lift appliances and rigging training.
• Having basic CAD drafting ability and familiar with basic knowledge of lifting
equipment, rigging equipment, transport/transfer equipment and engineering, soil
mechanics, reinforced concrete, structural steel design.

6. Scaffold Supervisor ( Job Code: JSM – SCS )
• Having experiences on supervising and managing a number of craft supervisors
to achieve tight construction milestones.
• Able to prepare reports and forecasts, including summary of construction
progress, craft personnel forecasts and expenditures forecast.
• Strong experience of liaising with and coordinating contractors and vendors.

7. Piping Field Engineer ( Job Code: JSM – PFE )
• Degree in Construction/ Engineering/ Related Field
• Experience in oil/gas/refinery/petrochemical modules, and more than 5 years
experience in piping Engineering.
• Posses the ability to access (scaffold, ladders, and stairs) elevated work
platforms.
• This position will be required to exercise professional judgment within the
framework of broad guidelines provided by the Site Management Team.
• Able to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate the construction
completion and turnover activities.
• Willing to work in shift pattern

8. Safety Officer / Engineer ( Job Code: JSM – SOE )
• Experience implementing and actively supporting an environmental, safety and
health management program on a construction site.
• Must have knowledge of Indonesian Workplace Health and Safety laws and
regulations.

9. Turnover Engineer ( Job Code: TOE )
• Having experience in Turnover or related discipline and must be able to
perform field inspections, climb ladders and scaffolding, work on elevated
platforms, on uneven surfaces and in confined spaces.
• Having working knowledge of construction engineering practices and inspection
requirements.
• Having advanced coordination and communication skills, and having experience
in interpretation of P&IDs.
• Posses strong skill in coordinating walks down, prepare documentation for
walk downs (scoped P&IDs, work list, FCD, test documents, etc)

10. Planning/Scheduling Engineer ( Job Code:JSM – PSE )
• Experience in performing quality takeoffs, statistical analysis and
understanding technical process.
• Having a good skill in understanding technical process, engineering drawing,
quantity determination and reports.

11. Piping Superintendent ( Job Code: JSM – PIS )
• Having strong direct hire supervision experience including the ability to lead
and manage change.
• Having strong technical knowledge in the installation, fit up and welding of
large and small bore carbon steel, alloy pipe and vacuum jacket pipe.
• Good experience and board knowledge in the installation of pipe supports,
guides, spring hangers, and spring supports.
• Understand and experience in modularized piping installations and construction
methodologies on large green field's industrial facilities.
• Having good leadership skill and excellent problem solving ability

12. DAFF Compliance Lead ( Job Code: JSM – DCL )
• Familiar with environment, herbicide/insecticide, biosecurity and waste
programs, and craft supervision.
• Able to establish and operate bio security compliance program and having good
leadership skill

13. ITP Piping Inspector ( Job Code: JSM – IPI )
• Degree in Engineering or other construction related field
• Having at least 8 years of progressive construction and technical experience
• Able to understand and read complex design and fabrication plans and
specifications.
• Must be able to climb ladders, scaffolds and work on elevated and uneven
platforms
• Having strong skill to monitor, review, and perform in progress piping
inspection to ensure full compliance with the design drawing, applicable codes,
project specifications and ITPs.
• Must be able to read red-line and As-Built drawings

14. ITP E & I Inspector ( Job Code: JSM – IEI )
• Degree in Engineering or other construction related field
• Having at least 8 years of progressive construction and technical experience
• Able to understand and read complex design and fabrication plans and
specifications.
• Must be able to climb ladders, scaffolds and work on elevated and uneven
platforms
• Having strong skill to monitor, review, and perform in progress E & I
inspection to ensure full compliance with the design drawing, applicable codes,
project specifications and ITPs.
• Must be able to read red-line and As-Built drawings

General Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency MS Office Application.
• Familiarity with Australian codes (AZ/NZS), IEC, and Mod Yard experience
preferred.
• Knowledge of Australian Quarantine Inspection procedures is an advantage.

Leak Off Test

Prinsipnya LOT (leak off test) dilakukan untuk menentukan tekanan dimana formasi mulai rekah. Tujuannya: 1. Menentukan MASP (Max. Allowable Surface Pressure). Yaitu batasan max surface pressure yg boleh kita terapkan selama drilling operation, tanpa mengakibatkan formasi rekah (fracture). 2. Dengan mengetahui MASP, berarti juga kita bisa mengetahui Max. mud weight yg boleh kita terapkan selama drilling operation, tanpa mengakibatkan formasi rekah (fracture). 3. Menentukan Kick Tolerance. Yaitu maximum kick size yg masih bisa kita tolerir untuk dihandle. Parameter ini nantinya juga berperan untuk menentukan depth casing shoe yang aman dari sudut pandang well control issue. 4. Apa itu HSE ?

HSE adalah singkatan dari Health, Safety, Environment. HSE merupakan salah satu bagian dari manajemen sebuah perusahaan. Ada manejemen keuangan, manajemen sdm, dan juga ada Manajemen HSE. Di perusahaan, manajemen HSE biasanya dipimpin oleh seorang manajer HSE, yang bertugas untuk merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengendalikan seluruh program HSE. Program  HSE disesuaikan dengan tingkat resiko dari masing-masing bidang pekerjaan. Misal HSE Konstruksi akan beda dengan HSE Pertambangan dan akan beda pula dengan HSE Migas .
