PRE-COMMISSIONING & COMMISSIONING LEAD 

Qualification / requirement :

·         Experience in minimum 2 (two) projects of O&G as Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Lead/ Manager

·         Having capability to develop  Pre-commissioning & Commissioning procedure

·         Having capability to lead a team

·         Willingness to work in remote location during Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of the project period

·         Willingness to work target driven  atmosphere and under pressure.

·         Chemical / Mechanical Engineering educational background.

  

PROJECT PLANNING & SCHEDULLING

Qualification / requirement :

·         Bachelor degree in Engineering (various disciplines) with min 12 years experience total with at least 7 years experience in design and engineering for oil & gas projects (upstream and downstream)

·         Understand cost control, budgeting and project planning, presentation and negotiation techniques

·         Have at least seven (7) years applicable experience in the control of major offshore/onshore oil and gas production projects.

·         Experienced in the  use of computer programs applicable to the control of resources and activity durations on EPC projects, such as PRIMAVERA.

    

3.       CIVIL SENIOR ENGINEER

Qualification / requirement :

·         Bachelor degree majoring in Civil Engineering  with min 6 years experience total with at least 3 years experience in design and engineering for oil & gas projects (upstream and downstream)

·         Have  a  wide  range  of  experience  in  the  civil  and  structural  engineering  design including underground facility ,concrete structure design, steel structure design, and foundations for large or heavy equipment and 3D design are applied for all the civil structures

·         Have experiences completing engineering/design at least an oil & gas engineering /EPC projects either upstream or downstream or have experiences in completing Conceptual & Feasibility Study, Pre-FEED & FEED ( FEL-0,1,2,3 ) in oil & gas Onshore engineering /Petrochemical as senior engineer.

 

4.      CIVIL DESIGNER

 

Qualification / requirement :

·         Have experiences as Civil and Structural designer in oil & gas Engineering /EPC projects and able to lead a team of drafters

 

·         Have a wide range of experiences in designing various systems,

·         Experiences in onshore surveys for modifications and construction works will be an advantage

·         Have good proficiency in 2D drafting software and basic knowledge in 3D modeling program

 

·         Have capability to review and use the  reference document for  design

 

·         Have capability to communicate the interface  of design

 

PROCESS ENGINEER SENIOR

Qualification / requirement :

·         Bachelor degree majoring in Chemical Engineering with min 6 years experience total with at least 3 years experience in design and engineering for oil & gas projects (upstream and downstream)

·         Have capabilities to develop conceptual design, simulation, PFD and PID.

·         Have experiences to perform equipment sizing and critical instrument sizing, i.e. PSV and control valve

·         Have experiences as senior Process engineer in oil & gas engineering /EPC projects either upstream or downstream

 

Planning & Project Control Engineer

 

Qualification / requirement :

• Ensure all project control services activities comply with Company technical requirements, Company HSE and quality standards, specifications, Indonesia Government regulation related with oil and gas facilities and that design contractors

            comply with all contractual requirements

• Development of project’s baseline plan and overall project PIS schedule

• Development of project’s work / deliverables breakdown system

• Development of project’s progress report and engineering deliverables register

• Development of project’s invoice and time-writing report

• If approved by Company, follow up Project Change Request

 

Experience and Qualification :

• University degree in Engineering, with at least 5 years of facilities design and implementation experience of which a minimum of 2 years is oil and gas facilities design experience

• Sufficient knowledge of various project planning, scheduling, estimating and controlling techniques

• Familiar with common planning/scheduling/estimating/project control software

• Good verbal and written English communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge productive working relationships with all personnel

 

Sr. Cost Engineer

 

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for all cost estimating services aspect of the work.

Key Activites:

• Ensure all cost estimating services activities comply with Company technical requirements, Company HSE and quality

standards, specifications, Indonesia Government regulation related with oil and gas facilities and that design contractors

comply with all contractual requirements

• Ensure that timely and accurate communication occurs at discipline interfaces

• Development of Project’s Cost Estimating Report, both for CAPEX and OPEX

• If required by Company, assist development of Project’s Procurement & Contracting Plan

• Review of various disciplines MTOs, RFQs and TBEs

• If required by Company, perform Cost Estimating Sensitivity Analysis

• Assist all personnel in all aspects of the cost estimating throughout the contract / project

Experience & Qualification:

• University degree in Engineering, with at least 8 years of facilities design and implementation experience of which a minimum

of 5 years is oil and gas facilities design experience

• Broad knowledge of various project planning, scheduling, estimating and controlling techniques

• Preferably certified and/or chartered as project management and/or cost engineering

• Preferably have previous exposure to oil and gas production/operation/fabrication/construction

• Proficient with common planning/scheduling/estimating/project control software

• Good verbal and written English communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge productive working relationships with all personnel.
