We are one of leading Oil and Gas Company in Indonesia looking for an experienced person in performing Audit or Verification to be assigned as TKDN (Local Component Level) officer in our office in Jakarta

1.)        Perform post audit/progress monitoring TKDN and its reporting,

2.)        Calculate minimum threshold of TKDN commitment for service contract,

3.)        Determine Goods category as review in Procurement of Goods,

4.)        Compile data from SAP system for SKK Migas monthly reporting.

1.)        Minimum Bachelor degree (S-1) in any major,

2.)        Required language : English and Indonesia,

3.)        Having minimum 2 years working experience in TKDN verification for contract service, preferably in oil and gas industry,

4.)        Having minimum 1 year working experience in TKDN verification for goods,

5.)        Having Certification in calculating TKDN released by Ditjen Migas,

6.)        Strong knowledge of PTK 007 and its revision or amendment, preferably certified PTK 007,

7.)        Strong knowledge of APDN Book and its relation with procurement process in upstream oil and gas business,

8.)        Familiar with TKDN Regulation, such as:

a.        Peraturan Menteri Perindustrian number 02/M-IND/PER/1/2014

b.        Peraturan Menteri Perindustrian number 03/M-IND/PER/1/2014

c.        Peraturan Menteri Perindustrian number 16/M-IND/PER/2/2011
